First cruise was Royal Caribbean monarch. I don’t remember much about it. I think it was 2003. I kept my S&S card but don’t have it with me

First cruise I did was Grandeur of the Seas. I’d love to find out who
could claim to have been on the most ships in the video. I have sailed
on four of them, Voyager of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas, Norwegian Epic
and Celebrity Silhouette.

Although this really dates me….my first cruise was aboard the famous Matson Lines’ Mariposa between San Francisco and Hawaii….as a small boy of 4. Some of my oldest faint memories are from that experience.
In subsequent years of my boyhood and teens, we sailed back and forth across the Pacific between San Francisco and Manila….and San Francisco and Yokohama (to my Dad’s Navy duty stations) aboard the classy American President Lines ships President Wilson, President Roosevelt and President Cleveland (twice).
Then, 30 years of “driving” sleek warships in the US Navy.
First 21st century cruise aboard RMS Queen Mary 2….her maiden TransAtlantic in 2004.
