That Cruise Ship Feeling

Have you ever noticed it? Do you long for it? Do you look forward to it every time? Yes, it’s that cruise ship feeling. You can’t explain it to people who haven’t been on a cruise, or people who don’t like cruising, but it is just there. You don’t know what causes it, but you just know when you are on a cruise ship. Is it the feel, the smells, the sounds? Every day I think about being on a cruise and that is one of the first things I think about, that cruise ship feeling. Now, not going on a cruise this summer is very hard for me, and I know that sounds arrogant, but I have grown accustom to every aspect of being on a cruise ship that I have literally grown a hatred of being on land. I just want to be able to feel me walking down the hallways, down the promenade, across the open deck. I want to have no worries in the world. Isn’t that what cruising is all about. Now, on to other things. We have also started a new thing here on the blog, our weekly question. A weekly question will be asked, well, weekly. It can be found in the right hand sidebar, and all you have to do is select an option, or other, and vote! It’s that simple! It is just a small fun thing to do, to see who wins every week. This week’s is favorite cruise line. Personally, mine is Carnival. I have cruised on Royal and Disney before too, but for some reason I just still like Carnival. I recently asked a question on Twitter in the past week, “For the people who have cruised on Royal Caribbean, how many of you actually use the extra amenities, such as, the rock wall, the zip line, the ice skating, etc.” The responses were generally no, people just thought that there is not enough time to enjoy these amenities, or the lines are too long. If you have an opinion about this, let me know, just type it into the comment section below, and maybe we will talk about in our blog sometime! Well, that is all for today, by the way, we will be posting some new (planned) itineraries on our website today for our (planned) East Coast cruises. You should check them out and if you want, email us at [email protected], and tell us what you think, or make a suggestion. Our website can be found here: adventurevoyages.weebly.com Have a great day everyone!
