Snowy Photos From The Queen Mary 2

Yesterday, the Queen Mary 2 was significantly delayed departing New York City after a major snow storm delayed many of her embarking guests. Cunard Line opted to delay departure until 1 am this morning to accommodate the late arriving guests. Guests, however, soon discovered that the ship’s exterior decks had been turned into a winter wonderland. One can only wonder if snowmen made an appearance on the Lido deck at some point…

This is amazing! Funny side note – the original Queen Mary, permanently docked in Long Beach, California had a “CHILL” event last night with Ice Sculptures, and people were concerned about seeing them before they melted. Would have been no problem on Queen Mary 2 in New York.
