Royal Caribbean Names Third Oasis Class Ship

This morning, our friends over at Royal Caribbean Blog, broke the news that Royal Caribbean has announced the name for the third Oasis Class ship. The new ship, currently under construction, will be named Harmony of the Seas.

The new Oasis Class ship is currently under construction at STX France’s St. Nazaire shipyard with a projected completion by April 2016. The new ship will share similarities with her sisters, Oasis and Allure of the Seas, but Royal Caribbean leaders have hinted she may include a number of unique amenities and features.

Harmony of the Seas will be the third Oasis Class ship, registering at 227,000 GRT and carrying 6,360 guests. Her increased size and guest capacity will officially mark Harmony of the Seas as the world’s largest cruise ship.
