Norwegian Getaway Arrives In New York City (VIDEO)

After a 10 night trans Atlantic crossing, the Norwegian Getaway has finally arrived in New York City. Early this morning the new Norwegian Getaway passed underneath the Verrazano Narrow’s Bridge, sailed past Lady Liberty, and made her way into the berth at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal.

While docked in New York City, the Norwegian Getaway will be used as a Bud Light themed floating hotel for the upcomingĀ Super Bowl XLVIII.

After Super Bowl XLVIII has concluded, the Norwegian Getaway will set sail for her homeport of Miami, Florida, where she will be christened and begin her year round sailings to the Caribbean.
