Carnival Revamps Wedding Program

Carnival Cruises has announced an updated wedding program, offering couples a number of new options for their cruise wedding. The new program adds the ports of Grand Turk and Freeport to a list of multiple other destinations for a wedding at sea. In addition, 5 new wedding packages have been introduced: Just You & Me, Time To Celebrate, Time To Celebrate…Big!, Let Us Serve You, and Island Breeze. Each package offers varying amenities for any type of wedding and budget.

Norwegian Epic To Homeport In Barcelona

Earlier this month, Norwegian Cruise Line’s CEO, Kevin Sheehan, announced the Norwegian Epic will begin homeporting in Barcelona, Spain year round in 2015. Sheehan confirmed the ship would be sailing the Mediterranean throughout the year, but did not reveal any planned itineraries for the ship. The itineraries are scheduled to be announced at the upcoming Cruise Shipping Miami in March.

Windstar Unveils New Look For Star Pride

Earlier last week, Windstar Cruises unveiled a new design and look for their upcoming motorized yacht, Star Pride. The Star Pride will begin sailing for Windstar in May following a near month long renovation in Barcelona, Spain. The new ship will debut with new restaurants, lounges, bars, redesigned staterooms, and new interior designs in almost every space.
