MSC Cruises will position four of its largest ships in Spanish territory in 2015. Two will be based in Barcelona, one in Valencia and another in Palma de Mallorca, which will lead to an increase of 66% in its Spanish bid, according to the general director of the company in the country, Emiliano González.
“There is no one in the Spanish market with an offer as global“, he stated, pointing out that they will go from 3,689 to 6,115 cabins.
The cruise ship company plans to close the year with 1.7 million passengers, of which 450,000 are Spanish.
