Carnival Will Reimburse US Government For Recent Incidents

Carnival Cruise Line has announced that they are currently in the process of voluntarily reimbursing the US Treasury for costs incurred in the assistance of the Carnival Triumph incident earlier this year, as well as the Carnival Splendor incident in 2010.

Carnival has stated that they were never asked by any federal agency to pay for costs in the two incidents, but that they decided to voluntarily reimburse the federal government. long with never being asked to pay, Carnival also never declined to pay for the incidents.
