Carnival Victory Earns Perfect USPH Inspection Score

In a recent inspection conducted by the United States Public Health Service, the Carnival Victory earned a perfect “100” percent score.

A perfect score can only be achieved by earning perfect marks on a comprehensive safety and sanitation checklist. The checklist is comprised of detailed inspections of food handling, preparation, storage procedures, and overall galley cleanliness. In addition, the ship’s potable water supplies, which is used in the spa and pools, is also evaluated.

These inspections are performed randomly, without any prior warning, twice a year. The inspections are conducted on every cruise ship that is sailing an international itinerary with a call in a US port.

This perfect score marks the fourth time this year that a Carnival ship has received this commendable score. The other three Carnival ships with perfect scores are the Carnival Freedom, the Carnival Sensation, and the Carnival Dream.
