Looking to provide a more convenient and valuable way for guests to book air with their cruises, Carnival has launched a new flight booking program, Fly2Fun.
Fly2Fun allows guests to easily customize their pre and post cruise flights, offering the chance to select a specific airline, airports, class of service, and flight times. Confirmation of flights are received at the time of booking, simplifying the overall booking process. In addition to the customization of flights, guests can be at peace with the Flight Protection Program, which guarantees guests the chance to fly to the next port of call if they experience a delay on embarkation day due to airline mechanical or weather delays. The protection program also provides guests with transportation, food, and hotels in the event of missed embarkation.
“Our new Fly2Fun program is a convenient tool that saves our guests valuable time when booking their flights while offering attractive features like the Flight Protection Program that provides peace of mind knowing we’ll fly them to the next port should they miss their cruise,” said Vicky Blanch, Carnival’s director of travel operations.
The new Fly2Fun program will offer two booking options, Flexible Air and Restricted Air. Flexible Air allows guests to complete final payment of flights at the same time final payment is due for the cruise itself. Guests also are permitted to make flight changes outside of 60 days of departure with no fees. Restricted Air fares are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Guests looking to take advantage of this new air booking program may call 1-800-CARNIVAL to make the air reservation after a cruise reservation is in place.
